Get fit, exercise, stay active! Our fitness room with a beautiful view of the Ettelsberg enables individual full-body training on various cardio and muscle building machines. In our exercise room, weekly changing sports activities such as back fitness, gait school, fascia training and progressive muscle relaxation are offered!

“Water is life” – you can start your day fit in our swimming pool. Simply immerse yourself in a relaxed atmosphere or gain new strength on the quiet paths! Enjoy a pleasant 10 degree water temperature in our swimming pool (20x28 meters) or take advantage of the opportunities for water aerobics or free swimming day after day.
Afterwards you can relax wonderfully in our sauna area. Here, the saunarium, infrared cabin, Roman steam bath, caldarium, shower temple and the Finnish sauna invite self-infused saunas to provide complete oases of peace for personal deceleration and lingering.
