General terms and conditions and reservation conditions

of Love GuestsThere are good reasons why a special relationship characterized by hospitality can be expected in the hospitality industry between you, the guest, and us, the host. After all, hospitality is an essential part of our gastronomic service. In order to avoid this relationship being marred by misunderstandings, we ask you to observe the following general terms and conditions and reservation conditions.

Contract:
1. By registering in writing or by telephone, you are bindingly offering us the possibility of concluding a contract. The contract becomes binding for us when we confirm the booking to you in writing. Only at this point has a contract been concluded between you and us.
2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contractual partners to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
3. The subletting or subletting of the rooms provided and their use for purposes other than accommodation require the hotel's prior written consent.

Services and prices:
1. Our prices in the price list are per day and person (except family rooms)
2. Our prices include: VAT and service charge, use of the indoor swimming pool and the fitness room. Free parking and the Willingen tourist tax.

Child discount:
Children's discount applies to overnight stays/breakfast or overnight stays/half board. Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in a set-up bed in their parents' comfort double room. Children aged 6 to 15 receive a 50% discount when sharing their parents' room. Children's discounts exclude the use of the sauna and wellness area. Children's sauna up to 11 years old is available from 13.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m. from 12 years old without a time limit and costs €4,00 per day and child

Different pricing:
Minimum stays and special prices apply on weekends in September and October, over Christmas and New Year's Eve, as well as during World Cup ski jumping, carnivals and public holidays.

Parking:
There are around 160 parking spaces available for our guests' cars. Providing a parking space does not create a storage contract. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the hotel property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Vouchers:
1. We would be happy to issue you a voucher for a specific value or a formulated service. The original voucher will be sent after we have received the amount of money.
2. Reservations for the services described in the voucher are made upon request. They are only binding if we confirm this request in writing. Otherwise, the provisions in paragraph “Conclusion of contract” apply.
3. The voucher we issue is valid for one year from the date of issue. In addition, it retains its value for another two years. A cash payment is generally not possible.

Payments:
1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the hotel bill must be paid in cash, without deductions, using Telecash, Mastercard or VisaCard at the hotel no later than the day of departure.

Reasons for cancellation of the hotel:
1. If an agreed advance payment or security deposit is not made by the guest within the deadline set for this, the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
2. Disturbances that fall within the guest's sphere and which can endanger the smooth operation of the hotel, the security or the public reputation of the hotel, as well as in the event of force majeure, entitle the hotel to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.
3. Bookings of rooms using misleading or false information, essential facts e.g. B. regarding the person of the guest or the purpose, justify the hotel to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.

Reasons for cancellation for the guest:
1. We grant the guest the right to withdraw at any time. The guest's withdrawal must be made to us in writing and confirmed by us in writing. The following provisions apply: 2. In the event of cancellation of the booking or non-arrival of a guest, the hotel is entitled to appropriate compensation. We do not charge any cancellation fees up to 7 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation or partial cancellation from the 6th day to the booked arrival day, we charge 60% of the travel price. If you arrive later or leave earlier, we also charge 60% of the travel price.
3. If the hotel is able to sell the services elsewhere, the cancellation fee will be reduced accordingly.
4. We strongly recommend that the guest take out travel cancellation insurance, for example with Allianz Insurance Company.
5. Over Christmas and New Year's Eve, World Cup ski jumping, carnival, public holidays and for bus groups, the cancellation period increases to 21 days before the start of the rental period. From the 20th day onwards we charge 60% of the travel price in cancellation fees.

Arrival and Departure:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the booked room is available to the guest from 14.30:11 p.m. on the day of arrival and until XNUMX a.m. on the day of departure.

Liability:
1. The hotel is liable for all damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence resulting from injury to the life, body and health of the guest.
2. If disruptions or defects occur in the hotel's services, the hotel will endeavor to remedy the situation upon immediate notification of the defect by the guest. If the guest fails to report a defect to the hotel, there will be no claim to a reduction in the contractually agreed fee.
3. Liability is only assumed for money or valuables if they have been deposited at reception against a receipt.
4. Guests' orders to wake up are carried out with the greatest care by our employees. Claims for damages, except due to gross negligence or intent, are excluded.

Pets:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs and other pets due to our special house concept.

Final Provisions:
1. Place of fulfillment and payment is the hotel's headquarters.
2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Korbach.
3. By booking, our business and reservation conditions are accepted.
4. With the publication of a new price list.
all previous ones lose their validity.
5. Errors and changes reserved.

Lost property:
Items left behind by the guest will only be forwarded at the guest's request, risk and expense. After six months, the items will be handed over to the local lost and found office, provided they have a recognizable value. The statements regarding liability apply accordingly.
